"I have known Phil Price for ten years, He is the most professional and ethical contractor I have ever met and his attention to detail is amazing. Before I retired I owned 3 Little Caesar Pizzas one in Hollister, one in Morgan Hill, and one in San Jose. Phil was my contractor for all three stores. The cost to build each store was between three hundred thousand and three hundred and fifty thousand dollars Phil's bids were very competitive. Phil is a great resource when dealing with city inspectors he knows what they want and he makes sure they get it.
Phil’s scheduling and timing of the projects were incredible his coordination with subcontractors was great; he keeps a close eye on all the work they do. Most recently I had Phil do a remodel at my home; he removed two walls and put in a supporting beam and moved several windows and installed a new kitchen. When our friends come into our home they don’t believe it is the same place. During all of the construction we lived in our home, Phil would clean the job site up every night.
All of the work Phil has done for me over the years comes in on budget and on time. I don’t believe you can find a more dedicated and ethical contractor than Phil Price."

"I have lived in two houses that Phil has built, and both times he has done an excellent job. The first was a "tract" house, which we bought just prior to completion. I saw first-hand Phil's attention to detail, pride in doing good work, and delight in providing great value for the money. When we decided to build a custom home, Phil was our first choice. Our architect pushed us to use bigger, better-known builders, so we got bids from two of them as well as from Price Construction. Phil's bid was 10% lower than the next lowest bid, and it was far more comprehensive and specific.
Some builders have a rigid outlook and don't want owners very involved in the construction--or penalize you with huge "change order" fees for doing anything different than their norm. In contrast, Phil was very open to other ideas, materials, and approaches. I wanted a lot of input on the choice of construction materials and visited the work site daily. Phil was on top of the subcontractors and pushed to make sure they were doing their best work. Working with Phil was a pleasure. We love the finished product and enthusiastically recommend Phil to our friends and family."
